Powering Through Harvest 2019!

Well, at least we have power in Southern California and cooler temps this past week. Harvest continues at a steady rate. Season has been longer than expected, but the fruit is ready, when it's ready! Wine makers, need and are ready for anything- extreme heat, cooling needs to keep fruit at a stable temperature and space is always a fun real estate puzzle. Some how, some way it all works.
