The second week is August marks the beginning of Harvest for Eralto Winery

Historically, the end of September through early October wraps harvest season.  What does this mean?  Means the grapes are picked, destemmed and crushed, pressed in a vessel (stainless or oak).  Then the real wine making begins. All the wine equipment is sanitized one last time for the season, the Eralto Crew buttons up the Winery equipment for the season, takes inventory of needs for the following year and prepares for the  
Annual Harvest Celebration and Wine Club Event early November.
